BEGIN YOUR healing JOURNEY.
individual therapy
Through tailored interventions and personalized support, we can work together to help you gain insights, develop coping strategies, and foster growth. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, or simply seeking personal development, individual therapy can be instrumental in enhancing your overall well-being.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and is a type of therapy that helps people process traumatic memories while reducing the negative emotions associated with them.
I am passionate about using EMDR to help my client find relief from past events and have seen it work time and again. You may decide to start therapy specifically with EMDR in mind, or it could be something that we will explore once we have been meeting for a longer amount of time.
Brain Spotting
Brainspotting is a therapeutic technique designed to help people process and heal from trauma, stress, and other emotional difficulties. The therapist helps you identify a specific "brainspot" by guiding your eye movements. This spot is believed to be linked to the distressing memory or emotion you're experiencing. Once you’re focused on this spot, the therapist encourages you to notice and explore the feelings and physical sensations that come up. The idea is that by staying with these sensations, you can process and release the stuck emotion. The goal is to help you process and integrate these experiences in a way that reduces their impact on your daily life.
Group THerapy
Group therapy offers something uniquely different in that you get to benefit from hearing the thoughts and insights of others in addition to the therapist. With the therapist acting as a guide, group members are invited into vulnerability with each other, which often is a therapeutic intervention all on its own.
The current group I am offering is specifically for high school aged girls who are experiences anxiety or depression and are looking to increase their coping skills.

“Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.”
