When we meet for the first time, my priority is to help you feel as comfortable as possible while I learn about who you are, where you’re at in life, and what experiences led you here. Therapy is a place created just for YOU where you can feel free to express your truest self, completely free of judgement.
Often, therapy is for processing difficult emotions like sadness, anger, and fear, but the therapeutic relationship would not be complete without laughter and joy playing a role in your healing journey as well.
